Network / Desktop Support Professional
Provide efficient and quality IT support services for internal business units / users includes:
End user support / Desktop support / Hardware and application support for System & Network Hardware
Responsible for Support Ticket management / Support Voice call handling
Periodic support on End user computing system SOE, SCCM, AV, ITAM etc. management
Period support on servers, storage, Switch, router, Firewall management as per business request.
Problem solving on IT support issues and work on development of simple functions/reports required by users
Act as a bridge between business and IT vendors for quick resolution of issues by gathering incident reports and new requirements
Well coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth office routine
Assist on ad-hoc IT related projects
Diploma in computer science or equivalent
At least 3 years working experience on IT support with Strong Overall IT infrastructure knowledge
Good command of both spoken & written English and Cantonese and fair in Mandarin
Experience in system support is an advantage
Strong Desktop / PC Level knowledge, Sound knowledge of Server and Network Equipment
Specific requirements listed below:
LAN, MAN, WAN, VPN L1/L2/L3 – IP network.
Desktop hardware and OS (Win XP, Win 7, Win 10) L1/L2/L3 support.
Service ticket and SLA maintenance
Server hardware knowledge
Server OS knowledge (Win srv 2003, 2008, Linux, Sun-Solaris)
Mobility system & service knowledge
File, Print, DHCP, DNS, AD Server / service knowledge
Antivirus, Share point, SCCM, ITAM, SQL, PL SQL, Oracle minimum administration knowledge – Basic knowledge
VOIP, Voice, routing, switching, firewall administration overall knowledge.
Back up, virtualization entry level knowledge.
