We are a medium size quality assurance company with Asia and Euro-Med area presence and headquartered in Hong Kong. The applicant will report to the Group Accounting Manager.

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Issuance and sending of customer invoices, credit notes
- Booking of invoices
- Collection from customer, including preparation of collections statements and booking of collection
- Assistance to check and verify expense claims and booking of the related expenses
- Analysis on customer revenue as requested
- At least one year’s relevant working experience
- Experience with system accounting tools a plus
- Familiar with excel application
- Spoken Putonghua
- Good English written communication skill
- Immediate availability is preferred
