Reporting to the Head of Key Account, you will take on a key role to manage and develop key accounts. Your key objectives will be: Managing customer negotiations in relation to company commercial strategy and the customer trading terms; Ensure sales promotional guidelines are planned and executed in-store excellent; Building long term partnership with the customer; Leading the execution of promotional strategy & sales initiatives of the customer to drive sales and profit growth (including trade budget management, range and space optimisation); Implementation and ongoing management of the category strategy per customer; Supporting for developing customer new product launch plans and ensuring successful implementation.
You will be a degree graduate with a minimum of 5 years working experience in key account management. Strong key account background for supermarket/CVS/drag chain is a must. You will have proven track record in channel development and achieving sales targets. Additional functional experience, preferably in Marketing, Trade Marketing or Finance is an advantage.
