Regional role - based in HK
Reporting to the Talent and Learning Director, this senior individual contributor role will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic direction for Learning and Development across the Company. Targeted at enhancing and developing critical capabilities essential to the continued business success, the L&D Manager is both a leader and developer of the talent agenda and a skilled, hands on L&D practitioner. The role will also involve supporting the management team and identification of high potentials across the Company, supporting succession planning across all divisions through development interventions targeted at individual and business needs.
Degree qualified, you must have a minimum of 10 years L&D experience working within fast-paced multinational environments preferably within the financial services industry, with previous exposure to large, complex matrix organisations. Effective communication and excellent English language skills are essential, with Mandarin being considered advantageous, but not a must. Based in HK, some travel will be required. Above all you must have strong influencing and relationship building skills, with a proactive, hands-on, forward thinking and consultative approach.
