Manager / Assistant Manager - Customer Service

- Lead and supervise the customer service team for all enquiries from customers to address clients’ needs and uplift the brand service level
- Handle daily inbound phone calls and emails regarding service enquiries, service requests, after-sales, complaints, track & trace etc
- Perform outbound calls for enhancing customer satisfaction, retention and growth
- Coordinate and work closely with sales and operation teams to resolve product issues promptly and to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
- Proactively provide creative and ingenious ideas for continuous improvements
- Develop and implement proper procedures, workflows and control systems to ensure work efficiency and effectiveness
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Service Manager
- High Diploma or above
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer servicing industry. Experience in logistics field will be added advantage
- A proactive, customer oriented and details oriented person with excellent in team management skills and capable of working effectively in a fast pace environment
- Good negotiation and assertive communication skills
- A good team player with sound problem solving and analytical skills
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- PC Literacy and hand-on experience in MS Window & Office
- Immediate available is preferable
