Our client is a key player in providing pension and retirement solutions in Hong Kong. In order to cope with the growth of the business, they are now inviting an experienced client service manager to join their team.
We are now seeking for a MANAGER, CLIENT SERVICES
- Provide excellent client services to customer inquiries on MPF and ORSO.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Deliver on-going training to team members.
- Provide service quality monitoring to the team.
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
- At least 4 years relevant working experience in MPF / ORSO industry, including 2 years of management experience.
- Licensed holder of MPF Paper 4 and SFC Paper 1, 7, 8.
- Excellent customer-service mindset.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
