Oversee the Complaint operation and enhance customer experience
Your new company
My client is one of the top ten insurance providers in the world. Their international operation offers a diverse product range to customers from different background. Due to the development of the team, they are currently seeking a Manager to provide expertise to complaint management.
Your new role
As a Manager, your main responsibility is to motivate and coach the team to your team members. You will be looking over the Turnaround Time and the quality of services to customers. Due to the job nature, you will be working very closely with the compliance team to ensure all cases are handled within the regulatory standards.
What you'll need to succeed
To be a successful candidate, you must have at least five years of experiences in customer servicing and handling complaints. Moreover, you need to have a good understanding on the current regulation within financial services.
