Marketing Intelligence Analyst

- Gather customer insights through data mining and analysis, identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to increase customer value
- Assist in customer segmentation and targeting for CRM and marketing programs
- Prepare regular management reports and post-campaign evaluations, and provide findings for future program planning
- Work with CRM team to develop customer loyalty programs and evaluate the effectiveness
- Update internal databases and perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
- Degree in Business Management, Statistics, Information Technology or related disciplines
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, CRM or data analysis
- Strong analytical skills, organized and attention to details
- Proficient in MS excel, preferably with knowledge of SQL, SAS or SPSS
- Independent, responsible, self-motivated and a good team player
- Fluency in English and Chinese
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
