This individual will be responsible for providing hands-on marketing support, implementing client- specific marketing programs to help build Quamnet.com reputation around key industry, to deepen senior executive decision maker relationships and to help sustain and grow account revenue opportunities.
This Marketing manager/Assistant Marketing Manager will report directly to the Assistant Marketing Director and will work closely with others on both the client service and marketing teams to achieve objectives.
- Assist on developing marketing plans.
- Coordination of pitch materials, presentations, market research and other marketing collaterals.
Carry out post-implementation evaluations for process improvement.
Manage the execution of various marketing activities including event logistics and RSVP, ROI tracking and post-program follow up. Etc.
Develop and maintain collaborative relationship with colleagues from cross departments and vendors, in order to find programming synergies and opportunities and ensure that resources are leveraged appropriately.
Monitor, report on, and evaluate marketing activities and accomplishments; survey decision makers on effectiveness/quality of efforts, and solicit feedback for future actions; provide recommendations to account team leaders.
Minimum 3 years experience in financial area.
Undergraduate degree required, with a focus in marketing, communications, or a related business field preferred.
Proven ability to contribute to marketing program execution: Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple task simultaneously, consistently delivering high quality result.
Demonstrated ability to work well in a complex, matrix-managed organization; and demonstrated ability to work well within teams, both in person and virtually.
Professional client service manner, responsiveness, flexibility and adaptability.
Solid oral communications and writing skills, with demonstrated ability to help create marketing collateral including email based communications and proposal support materials.
Ability to analyse data and make sound observations and recommendations.
