Assist the team head to formulate, develop and implement marketing programs to grow credit card loan business
Prepare business proposals and program evaluation, drive internal departments and external parties for the launch of new initiatives and regular programs
Manage business performance of different sales and marketing channels from call centre, telemarketing to digital
Review segmentation strategies and develop segmental & data-led marketing programs to maximize customer profitability
Degree holder or above
Minimum 4 years solid marketing experience in banking/credit card industry
Strong analytical mind
Highly organized, independent with strong initiatives
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Proficient in written Chinese and English
- Applicants with less experience can be considered as Senior Marketing Officer.
