Cornerstone is working with a European Value Proposition Consultancy on their market entry into Hong Kong. They help major organisations develop innovative new products/services, as well as the go to market strategy and commercial details to support.
We are looking to speak with Strategy professionals at different levels with experience in Management Consulting/Advisory firms, who have helped major organisations to bring new products and services to the market (value proposition, business case development, defining features and benefits, customer experience and more).
Current projects include helping major financial institutions with the development of new Digital Products and Services that they can bring to the market in the coming months.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Lead cross functional teams (consulting, design, insight) in projects and work streams within larger programmes, taking a lead role in Commercial and Proposition teams to develop and deliver new propositions.
- Actively contribute from end to end of the project, to shape and deliver a brilliant solution with the client.
- Build key stakeholder relationships, to position yourself as a trusted advisor/go to person with the client.
- Make key contributions in client interactions through workshops and senior team presentations
- Support project planning and budgeting stages in projects.
- 7+ years in of relevant experience around growth strategy or innovation, new product/service launch
- Well-developed commercial and analytical ability as well as creative flair for proposition creation.
- This role requires strong stakeholder management and ability to influence decision making with a wide range of external parties
- Well-developed communication skills, an experience story-teller with the ability to simplify difficult concepts to take stakeholders on a journey
- You are experienced in establishing, building and maintaining client relationships
- Experience of participating in workshops and presenting content to clients
