- Work closely with USA/HK/Shenzhen operation managers
- Travel and guest arrangements
- Day-to-day general administration & HR Management works
- Participate in ad hoc projects as required
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- F.6 or above
- At least 2 years secretarial/administrative experience
- Good communication and good team player with problem solving skills
- Details-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Immediate available an added advantage
