Office Assistant (2 days work)

You take on all assistance and secretarial duties related to the daily office operation such as receptionist, handling incoming/outgoing mails, office supplies, IT equipment maintenance, invoicing, accounting and filing.
The position is intended for a person with a minimum of 3 years’ full time or part time experience in a secretary or receptionist position, preferably in an architecture or design office. Academic training in accounting would be an asset. You possess proactive and flexible working attitude, good organizational skills, high communication skills, and ability to work independently. Good Microsoft Office skills are required, further-more, you are fluent in English (both speaking and writing), Cantonese, and preferrably also Mandarin, since this position is very international and English is our company language.
