- In charge of office administration documents such as registration, renewal, follow-up with Insurances, Office suppliers and others.
- Liaise with office and stores vendors and contractors.
- Provide daily administrative support including postal arrangement, incoming and outgoing courier services, paying office Bills.
- Run errands and perform outdoor duties such as going to banks, post officeControl the office inventory
- Coordinate with the Stored supervisor for all the reports and the stores stock replenishment
- Managing the POS system by entering and controlling our product codes and quantity
- Generate weekly/Monthly Sales Reports and other reports from POS System
- Replacement in stores when necessary
- Diploma / Certificate holder with professional secretarial training is preferred (but not a must)
- 2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduate will be considered)
- Proficiency in MS Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) and Chinese Word Processing is preferred.
- Familiar with POS is a plus.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese with conversational Mandarin
- Well-organized, have a good sense of details, good interpersonal skills, proactive, hardworking and outgoing.
