A fund house is looking for an Office Manager to oversee office administration, human resources, IT, finance & accounting for their office in Hong Kong.
- Report to CEO
- Provide full range of administrative support including office relocation, renovation, procurement, facilities management and equipment maintenance, etc
- Ensure daily HR operations and generalist functions are executed, including recruitment, handling payroll, MPF, insurance, maintaining personnel record, etc
- Prepare budget, monthly payments and management reports
- Liaise with head office IT department and external vendors
- Maintain filing system and confidential information
- Closely liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Diploma holder or above
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience gained from financial institutions
- Experience in serving expatriates is a MUST
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command in spoken and written English
- Proficient PC Knowledge in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Pro-active, mature, well-organised and an excellent team player
- Able to multi-task, prioritse work load and work in a fast paced environment
