We are a reputable asset management company headquartered in Hong Kong. We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our firm.
The Job: -
* Oversee the IT-related tasks and work closely with the offsite IT team
* Have good knowledge of computer hardware and a range of basic office
* Assist with coordinating the administrative function for the office to ensure the
operation is running smoothly
* Help with new hires on-boarding process.
* Manage for a variety of functions within the organization including front of
house, office supplies, post, courier services, maintenance and assisting staff
* Liaise and negotiate with vendors (IT, recruitment agent, travel agent, etc.) and
contractors on renovation, insurance, lease (office and carpark), maintenance,
* Conduct regular team meetings and update new events, procedures and rules
* Be a gatekeeper and middleman between management team and the
* Assist company's senior management in continuous improving administrative
policies, services and office environment
* Bachelor's Degree
* Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin* Able to work in a fast paced environment, who is detail oriented, assertive and
* Knowledge in basic IT set up and infrastructure maintenance a definite
* Minimum 7 years working experience in investment firms serving senior
* 15 days annual leave
* 5 days work in Central
