Our client is a leading global law firm with high profile clients from a broad range of industries include top tier banking institutions, multinational organizations, private equity firms etc. Well-known for being a top international firm, they now invite highly talented, experienced managers to oversee the smooth operation of their sizable Hong Kong office.
This is a senior role in which you will ensure the smooth operations of the following sector:
- Human Resources - Recruiting, payroll, T&D, C&B
- Accounting - Expenses, A/R, A/P, budgeting
- Compliance - Reporting
- General Office Operations - Facilities and vendor management, records and library management
- Reporting and Analysis
- Other general office matters
- Minimum of 10 years stable working experience within a professional services firm - Law firm experience definite advantage
- Presentable, polished and enjoys communicating with people from different background
- Cheerful and flexible, strong problem solving skills. Able to smile through challenges
- Fluent English is must. Chinese is desirable but not essential
