- Provide and support in all-round HR & Office Administration function including project implementation, performance management, employee relations and day-to-day operation
- Review, formulate and implement HR and Administration policies and procedures
- Perform other ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by the management to support the business goals
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline is preferable.
- Min. 3 years HR & Admin. experiences in sizeable organization
- Well versed with HK & China employment law
- Mature, self-motivation, independent ,proactive team player and willing to work under pressure with minimum supervisory
- Good command in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in the use of Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
- Occasionally travel to China if required
- Immediately available is preferred
