- Provide administrative support to internal user and branch level;
- Supervise Office Assistants and arrange their daily office administration duty;
- Perform office supplies ordering such as stationary, business card, office equipment and etc.;
- Manage mailing room and mailing system;
- Monitor office equipment's performance and liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth daily operations provided;
- Negotiate and review service contract with all vendors providing goods and services to the office;
- Assist in building service monitoring;
- Assist in providing receptionist service;
- Handle ad-hoc assignments when required.
- Diploma or above;
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant working experience;
- A good team player and able to work independence;
- Polite, mature and industrious;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Photoshop.
