Handle premium members’ enquiries, cruise reservations and meet & greet arrangements.
Support and assist members with embarkation check-in procedures.
Uphold a professional work attitude to maximize guest satisfaction.
Provide administrative support to the department.
Provide necessary support in assignments given by the superiors.
Handle day-to-day operations with full commitment.
Responsible for providing and maintaining a friendly and warm atmosphere through personalized, prompt and efficient guest services at all times.
- Minimum 1 year experiences in customer service, preferable in hospitality industry.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Proficient in PC skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, good communication, interpersonal skills and administrative skills.
- Able to work under pressure and perform shift duty.
