Officer - Service Center (Telephone Operator)

- To handle all external and internal phone calls in professional and polite manner
- To transfer phone calls and take messages for guests
- To follow up guests’ enquiries and complaints
- To provide assistance to Front Office team member if required
- Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telephone operating, with hospitality background is preferred
- Polite, self-motivated, customer-focused and a good team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken English and Putonghua
