In this role, you will act as the Associate to the Operations Manager to assist in the management of the Operations Department by assisting in administrative and logistics tasks, and generally keeping the office and sales support running smoothly. Some of the things you'll be doing include:
- Managing and coordinating all logistics activities with forwarders, vendors and customers;
- Ensuring on-time execution of shipment;
- Providing office administration and clerical supports;
- Handling data entry and processing;
- Managing the warehouse and inventory control;
- Following up sales orders and after-sales services and ensuring all customers are well served in a timely manner;
- Assisting Operations Manager and Operations team;
- Performing ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Higher Diploma or above;
- Experience in logistics or administration would be an advantage;
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Proficient in MS office, especially in Excel;
- Passionate in retail industry and ambitious to grow with the company;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong sense of responsibility;
- Be comfortable to learn our products and modular capabilities;
- Multi-tasking, good team player, detail-minded, well-organized, self-motivated & able to work independently.
