Part-time Customer Service Executive

- To coordinate with internal departments on shipment status follow-up
- To support the department for document preparation & filing
- To handle customer inquiries and service requests through email and phone calls
- Form 5/DSE or above
- Min. 1 year clerical experience in the nature of customer service or coordination
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Hands on PC skills, including MS Outlook and MS Office
- Proactive, attentive to details, and well-organized
- Customer-oriented, patient, and be able to work under pressure
- Working Schedule: min. 20 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 09:00-13:00 / 14:00-18:00)
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Hourly rate: HKD50-55
