Part-time Customer Service Officer (Quarry Bay Call Centre)

Reporting to the Senior Quality Management Officer, the incumbent will be working at our Customer Service Centre and responsible for the following duties:-
Provide professional and efficient customer service support, including handling incoming calls / enquiries from customers and calls for emergency repair services
Assist to schedule / arrange job assignments to the Technicians
- Perform data entry to SAP system and data updates
- Shift duties, flexible working hours
- An attractive night shift allowance will be provided
- University students / fresh graduates are welcome
- Form 6 or above
- Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of spoken English and Cantonese. Putonghua is an added advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications software and Chinese Word Processing
