Part-time I.T. Helpdesk Representative

- Handling enquiry and I.T. support request from customer via phone & email;
- Provide clerical support, such as preparing enquiry report, filing and other general clerical duties;and
- Handle other ad hoc projects.
- Undergraduate or tertiary student;
- With relevant customer service experience is preferred but not essential;
- Good telephone manner and pleasant personality;
- Fluent in English and Cantonese is a must;
- Proficient in computer software, such as MS word, Excel and PowerPoint; and
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Preferable working hours: 17:30 - 23:30 Wednesdays & Fridays
