- Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the Senior Management.
- Arrange calendar, executive meetings, business appointments, travel itineraries and accommodation effectively and efficiently
- Manage daily workflows and business correspondence independently including preparation of letters, essays, memos, reports, proposals and minutes
- Manage various documents including investment reports, tasks and other reports
- Facilitating and following-up on external and internal business affairs
- Travel with management might be needed occasionally
- Handle personal matters, including confidential correspondence, records, and entertainment functions, etc
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
- At least 5 years of secretarial/administrative experience with preferably in financial industry
- Analytical, self-motivated, good team player with excellent interpersonal and strong report writing skills
- Ability to multi-task and perform duties with a high level of detail
- Fluency in Mandarin is vital and English skills (written and spoken) preferable.
- Strong command in excel and proficient in MS office, traditional & simplified Chinese typing
