Our client is one of the global leader within insurance sector, they are looking for a PMO Analyst to support their business transformation team with project design, tracking and governing monitoring
- Oversee the project governance through design and implementation of project approvals, project prioritization and monitoring through to closure.
- Initiative to drive project and project reporting, as well as providing all project managers and stakeholders with accurate and relevant reports on projects status, budgets and escalate problems where necessary.
- Review new business cases as well as taking on responsibility for project committee meeting follow up, completion of project paper and ensuring open channel of communication with all relevant parties.
To be considered for this role you must have an insurance or financial services background in project management and project office management, especially for IT projects or system related projects. Project tracking, budgeting and status reporting are essential as well as fluency in English and Cantonese. Immediately available or short notice is a must
