Product Management Assistant (Sales & Marketing)

- Provide customer services, such as answering enquiries and handling orders
- Liaise with clients for sample, order delivery schedule, order details, general follow-up
- Assist in brand building strategies, product planning, marketing and communication plans for school products and backpacks
- Work closely with partners in various countries to develop and build up the brand globally
- Assist with planning of marketing budgets, oversee budgets to be spent effectively and ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Expand sales network, planning and forecast planning
- Assist with the operation and data management of the order processing in the ERP system
- Attend fairs and exhibitions
- Conduct market research to improve market intelligence
- Degree, Higher Diploma or above in sales & marketing or equivalent
- 1 year of work experience is preferred (fresh graduate will also be considered). Internship experience is an advantage
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong self-motivation, sense of responsibility and able to work independently
- Willing to learn and work under pressure
- High degree of work commitment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Chinese word processing
