This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest IT managed service vendors with strong global presence. You will be joining as a program director to overseas the program activities in professional service team.
About the Job
- Be the single point of contact for client management team and the Data management team
- Plan and design the overall program and proactively monitor its progress, manage risks, resolve issues and initiate appropriate corrective action
- Ensure that the program objective is met with client's satisfaction
- Define the program governance controls process with client and internal individual projects owners - country PMs, transition manager and/or service manager
- Setting tool and standard to manage the program
- Manage the dependencies and the interfaces between individual projects
- Access to executive level of the Data service units to define and to ensure service level is maintained
- Facilitate the appointment of individuals to project teams
- Ensuring there is allocation of resources and skills within the program's individual projects
- Contribute experience to the project teams
- Provide regular inflight project updates to major stakeholder in client organisation
- Manage communications with key stakeholders, that covers the project steering meeting, escalation meeting and individual track progress meeting, etc.
- Report the progress of the program at regular intervals to the executive level
About the person
- Over 15 years IT experience
- Over 5 years of experience working as a Program Director of multi-year / multi-national project
- Over 10 years of experience in managing multi-million, cross nation projects
- Experience in working in large multinational consulting firm, system integrator and vendor (working in a client environment is not preferable)
- Native Level English is a must
