Handle the flow of information and communicate with clients, consultants and/or sub-contractors, ensuring all documentation procedures are in compliance with company’s policies and operational procedures
Coordinate site work and ensure the project milestones/deliverables to be completed on time and meet the required standard
Involve in installation, T&C, diagnostic trouble shooting and site supervision work of all types of front-end equipment of Building Management System (BMS) and other building services related systems
- Capable of making minor program adjustments in software to effect system operation is an advantage
- Higher diploma holder or above in Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
- 1 years or above relevant experience in building services and project management
- Effective interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills
- Good problem solving techniques, organizing and planning ability
- Good spoken and written in English and Chinese
- Independent and able to work under minimum supervision
