Project Human Resources Business Partner

The incumbent is responsible for performing as a HR generalist role in the key project and provide support to the full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment & selection, incentive program planning and Implementation, performance management and organizational climate construction etc.
- Degree holder in Management.
- Minimum 2 years working experience preferably in Human Resources function
- Project management experience will be better
- Good understanding in HK Employment Ordinance and related Ordinance is a plus
- Good interpersonal skill, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
- Hardworking with positive attitude and solutions-oriented mindset
- Well-organized and detailed-minded, devotion, initiative and positive thinking
- Strong computer literacy including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Proficiency in English & Chinese is a must, Mandarin is preferred
