Our client has over 150 highly qualified R&D professionals dedicated to various applied research projects. Moving forward, they are looking for a Project Leader to lead a brand new project.
Your new role
You will be responsible for project incubations, project proposals, project milestones and reports/presentations. You will have to manage client's accounts and build strategic partnership with the aim to expand collaboration network with bio and healthcare industry. You will be managing and supervising a team of technical staff, as well as being responsible for any ad hoc tasks assigned by Directors.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a MSc/MPhil or PhD in Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science or Polymer Chemistry. A minor in nanotechnology is a plus. You will also need R&D, project management and supervisory experience in pharmaceuticals, medical device or healthcare industry. A solid hands on and practical experience with Plastics is a must. You must be familiar with polymer chemistry, plastic manufacturing (e.g. plastic manufacturing, blowing film… etc.). Knowledge with surface plasma chemistry is highly preferred. Good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is a must for this position.
