Our client is the Chairman of a global conglomerate with substantial holdings across a diverse portfolio, including property, horse-racing, media and entertainment, and banking. He is seeking a Public Relations Co-ordinator / Personal Assistant to manage his horse business.
Reporting to the Chairman, you will be responsible for public relations pre and post races, collection of media coverage, Trophy, Documentation, updating media channels, e.g. websites and creating marketing content, e.g. blogs and distributing such content to the relevant channels.
In addition, you will manage the Chairman horse portfolio and liaise with stable owner, jockeys the press and relevant stakeholders.
The ideal candidate would have the following qualities:
- University degree holder
- Excellent language skills – native/fluent English speakers preferred
- Fast and accurate typing skills (both English and Chinese)
- Knowledge of the geography of the UK and UK overseas educated candidate preferred
- 1-3 years of working experience in handling PR and PA duties
- Energetic and presentable
- Prior experience in handling sports markets will be a definite advantage
