Main duties will be to maintain appropriate records for the efficient operation of the company’s Quality Assurance management system, and to provide clerical and administrative support to the members of the Quality Assurance team in both the UK and Far East and the Merchandise team in Hong Kong office
Candidate will need the following skills
- Excellent communication skills vital, both verbal and written in mandarin/Cantonese/English
- Strong organizational, administrative, and analytical skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, outlook, excel and databases
- Ability to resolve administrative problems in a fast, efficient manner
- Ability to produce consistently accurate work even whilst under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and manage conflicting demands
- Previous administrative experience & business admin qualifications are essential
- Ability to type at least 60+ wpm
