Reception & Office Administration
- Perform receptionist duties such as answer incoming telephones, transfer phone calls, record messages when needed.
- Meeting rooms booking and resolve booking conflicts when required.
- Assist to monitor the performance of tea/cleaning lady on daily duties.
- Distribute medical claim records to staffs upon receiving from insurance vendors
- Provide back-up administrative support for other business units/functions as required
- High Diploma in business administration
- At least 2 years of experience in office receptionist and administrative support
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese (written or verbal)
