- Handle incoming calls
- Greet guests and manage front desk in an efficient, professional and courteous manner
- Arrange mails and courier services
- Provide administrative support including updating and filing documents, procurement and maintenance of office equipment, stationery and supplies, etc
- Ensure that the Reception area is maintained in a neat and tidy fashion
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Form 6 or above
- 2 years working experience
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, Putonghua
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Pleasant, polite, well-organized and self-motivated
- 5 working days a week
