- Answer and receive phone calls
- Handle daily office activities such as mailing and courier service, office equipment administration, facilities maintenance.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Provide administrative support to purchasing team and sales team.
- Assist on ad hoc requirement by Management.
- 1 year or above relevant experiences is preferred, fresh graduates would also be considered.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision and good sense of responsibility
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Chinese word processing and basic computer knowledge
- Good oral and written communication skills in English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
- Good telephone manner with polite and positive attitude.
- Immediate available is preferable
