Our client is an international education center.
- Answer and receive phone calls
- Handle daily office activities such as mailing and courier service, office equipment administration, facilities maintenance
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Maintain the office and reception area clean and tidy
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
- Diploma or above
- Experience in administrative and receptionist duties is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Pro-active, a team player with good communication skills
- Immediate available is an advantage
