- Display a warm and welcoming greeting for all incoming guest and visitors by using standard greetings
- Escort guests to the meeting room and offer/arrange beverages/tea service
- Provide meeting room booking services and arrange meeting room equipment
- Maintain meeting rooms and lobby area in standard setting and tidiness on a regular basis
- Perform all-rounded receptionist duties, including greet visitors, handle phone calls (including Customer Service Hotline) and other documentation work.
- Provide general clerical and administrative support as assigned by department head
- Assist in general office administrative work, including procurement of stationery, printed matters and office supplies.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Form 7 or above
- A minimum of 3 year’s solid relevant experience
- Proficient in all MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills (Cantonese, Mandarin and English)
- Must have excellent telephone manner, mature and with pleasing personality
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Willing to learn, well-organised with a strong sense of responsibility
