RECEPTIONIST (CONTRACT FOR 6 MONTHS)

- Manage conference rooms and lounge facilities
- Attend to clients’ in house needs and requests with courtesy and efficiency
- Handle overall reception duties and provide clerical support to the team
- Organize meals
- Arrange for purchase and refill of refreshments
- Strong communication skills. Fluent in English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
- Cheerful and people oriented with passion to communicate with clients confidently and to build a strong company image.
- Min 2 years working experience. Experience with PR companies, Advertising agencies, Airlines and Hotels would be ideal but not strictly essential.
- Proactive and sensible - possess good common knowledge and a logical mind, thus able to work sensibly.
- Able to work OT at ad hoc notice.
