The post holder will be the first point of contact in the reception and provide administrative support to the Customer Management team. This is a 5-day week from Monday to Friday with occasional work on weekends to support open days or events.
You should have:
- Minimum 1 year of administrative/ reception experience in a customer service industry
- Good communication skills in spoken English and be fluent in Chinese
- Good telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skills
- IT skills (excel, word, powerpoint)
- other competencies on the role profile
Remuneration package for this position includes a salary of at least $9,553 competitive salary, 20 days of annual leave per year and medical benefits.
