We are seeking high-caliber professionals to join our team as Receptionist & Admin Assistant. The vacancy comes at a time where the Company is undergoing rapid business expansion. Motivated candidates with requisite experiences and qualifications are welcome to apply for the position.
- Perform front desk duties at reception counter, greet customers and guests
- Handle incoming mails and coordinate in courier services
- Monitor meeting rooms arrangement and conference bookings
- Arrange travel itineraries, handle flight and hotel bookings
- Provide support in office administrative functions and ad hoc assignments as required
- Experience of reception work and duties for secretarial & office administration preferred
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Knowledge in MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
- Presentable, independent with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
