Scope of Work：
• Handle incoming calls, guest greeting and arrange appointments in a professional manner;
• Handle daily office activities such as mailing and courier service, office equipment administration, facilities maintenance;
• Maintain the office and reception area clean and tidy;
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to HR & Adm. Dept. and Customer Service Dept. as well as any ad hoc assignment.
• Minimum 1 year working experience as Receptionist or in Administrative/Customer Services/ Secretarial fields;
• Familiar with MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command in written & spoken English and Mandarin;
• Mature and able to deal with people from different levels and cultural background;
• Good interpersonal skills, meticulous, well-organized with strong sense of responsibility.
