Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

- Responsible for managing the daily operation of the reception area including dealing with courier/deliveryman, mailing issues and conference rooms booking;
- Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of reception counter area and conference rooms;
- Liaison with building management office for general clearing and maintenance;
- Responsible for the logistics arrangement for management;
- Provide travel arrangement for management and general staffs as requested;
- Liaison with vendors to ensure renovation process is stick to schedule;
- Provide basic technical support of hardware, software and operating system;
- Perform administrative duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
- F.7 graduate or above ;
- 3 years relevant experiences in sizeable companies is preferred;
- Good communication and interpersonal skill with positive and helpful attitude;
- Must have excellent telephone manner, mature and with pleasing personality;
- Basic knowledge in IT would be a definite advantage;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
- Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing.
