One of our financial institutional clients, which is located in Central is seeking for a Receptionist & Admin Assistant. Candidate with good performance might have chance to convert to permanent staff.
- Maintain tidiness of reception area
- Greet and serve guests in professional manner
- Manage bookings of conference rooms
- Handle travel arrangement and hotel bookings for senior management
- Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls
- Maintain office supplies and maintenance
- Serve drinks to guests when necessary
- Provide general office administrative support
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum 2 year experience in providing reception or office administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office application
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediately available is highly preferable
