Receptionist / Administrative Clerk (5-day work in Central)

Gobest China Limited is trading company located in Central and specializing on import of European high end building material and luxury furniture to PRC market. We are now looking for suitable candidates for our newly set up delicate office in Hong Kong.
- Performs general receptionist duties including greeting guests, answering phone calls and courier arrangement etc.
- Provides comprehensive secretarial support for corporate leadership and office administrative support
- Responsible for office management such as stationery management, facility maintenance and repairs, renovation / relocation projects, etc.
- To deal with manager’s daily schedules, itineraries and accommodations
- Organize company activities and coordinate special projects as needed
- Diploma or above with minimum 1 year relevant working experience
- Excellent customer services and telephone manner
- Skilled in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Chinese word processing
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese(Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Responsible, detail-oriented, well organized, pleasant and cheerful
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediately available is highly preferred
