Currently we are seeking a experienced recruitment consultant to join our successful insurance team to oversee the recruitment process. Your duties will be a full cycle recruitment consultant with 100% Commission with no splits. To perform duties of cold calling, business development, sourcing, negotiating and relationship building.
Your goal is to serve candidates and clients in understanding the niche markets that they are in and to provide a full spectrum of consultancy. Our aim is to serve our partners with a full understanding of each particular role, making you and Kelly Services market leaders.
The applicant should have at least one years of recruitment experiences, researcher or from a in-house talent position. We are seeking a self motivated, hands on and goal oriented person to join our fast growing team.
