Your new role
As an up and coming recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for the 360 recruitment process to assist with recruitment support for both candidates and organisations. You will proactively expand your network in your dedicated area in order to build up a professional personal brand. You will also strategically identify ways to improve your to thrive for a market leading position.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have at least three years of experience within sales or relationship management. Presentation and communications skills in English will be necessary. You will be driven by goals, devoted to achieving success and have desire to become a market leader. To ensure a stable career development, you will be confident and comfortable in working within a result driven and a high pressured environment. You will also be an inquisitive individual with strong ambition and be passionate to people.
