- Supervise, coach and manage all redemption counter helpers to ensure the quality service are able to deliver to customers
- Oversee the counter operations
- Handle enquiries and complaints from customers
- Prepare daily log sheet to report key activities, incidents and issues
- Handle ad hoc assignments
- Tertiary/University, major in hotel industry or tourism is an advantage
- 2-3 years of Customer Service or tourism industry background experience
- Proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese, Putonghua
- Polite, pleasant, proactive, responsible person
- Good supervisory and communication skills
- Willing to undertake shift duties
- 3-4 days per week, 10-10pm
