Regional Brand Manager

- Defining strategically on medium and long term brand direction.
- Driving strong brand positioning and image in various markets, including but not limited to Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Korea, China, India.
- Communicate with different countries and audit the brand image.
- Organize and attend regular routines across disciplines. Ensure seamless flow of information between global, regional & local teams.
- Liaise with and manage creative, design and other external agency partners, ensuring optimal resourcing.
- Manage analytics and reporting for brand health and marketing activities.
- Developing marketing tools and campaigns at a regional level to support local teams and ensure effective deployment within brand guidelines.
- Manage and track brand marketing budgets and ensure effective budget use.
- Work with Finance and Operations on resource forecasting and actualizing.
- University degree in Marketing/ Public Relations/ Communication/ Design/ Translation or related disciplines.
- At least 7+ years’ relevant experiences in brand management or the above related
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Good organizational skill.
- A quick learner with a positive can do attitude.
- Strong listening, and relationship-building skills in a project-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate and interact across position levels, including executive leadership and senior management.
- Fast-paced and self-motivating working style.
- Team oriented with a collaborative style.
- Mature, detail-minded and good management skills.
- Pleasant and able to work independently and effectively.
